It’s heating up in the Valley of the Sun, both the temperature and the explosive growth. We are seeing the Silicon Desert reinvent itself right in front of our eyes. More and more companies are seeing the benefits of Arizona and are relocating here by the droves. Combined with the ever-present challenge of finding workers, automation has become a necessity, no longer a “someday” CAPEX goal. At Delta, we strive to be on the leading edge of automation… providing innovative real solutions utilizing the right technology. A few of the topics discussed below are:

I’m proud to announce the launch of our new robot lab showcasing the All-new FANUC CRX Collaborative Robot joined with the innovative OnRobot family of end effectors. This combo designed to make the simplest manual tasks now automatable.

Additionally, we now have the fully operational palletizing cell by Fuji Robotics on-site at Delta. Fuji Robotics focuses on palletizing large heavy bags and boxes. Think bags of potting soil, cement, sand, … or boxes of tree nuts, produce, etc. With a payload capacity of over 350 lbs, this workhorse is ready for any palletizing application you can throw at it.

Between the Fuji cell and the Robot lab, I encourage you to reach out to us and plan a visit.

I’m also very excited to share with you the return of Delta’s Open House.  The last time we had it in 2019 it was a huge success and enjoyable by all.  This year however we are rebranding it as the Southwest Technology Expo.  With this new name we encourage our vendors and partner companies to join us, highlighting the continued growth of automation and technology in the Southwest.  As I mentioned earlier, we are experiencing a huge influx of companies moving to Arizona and a strong majority of them will need automation in one form or another.  The Southwest Technology Expo positions all of us as the go-to experts in automation.  Join us on October 28th from 10am-3pm and join the movement.  If you are interested in exhibiting, please email sales@DeltaTech1.com .
